I'm Bahaa. I keep agency client sites updated, backed up and alive — and I'm also the person you call for the migration, the WPML store, the automation that has to talk to three other systems, and the site that just got hacked. One supplier instead of two.
Twenty years of this. Five of them keeping three production WooCommerce stores running for one US client, without a single month off.
Updates that don't break things, backups that actually restore, uptime monitoring, security hardening, and the "the site is down and nobody knows why" diagnosis. Plugin conflicts after a core update are my normal Tuesday.
WooCommerce from empty to launched — products, variations, shipping, tax, gateways, order emails. Membership tiers, subscriptions and content access rules. And WPML across all of it, which most people avoid.
Over a hundred production automations built across Zapier, Make and n8n — orders into a spreadsheet, form entries into a CRM, enquiries into WhatsApp, stock updates out to the tools your client already pays for. I work with the connectors these platforms publish; I don't build custom API integrations, and I'll tell you which one a job needs.
Figma to a working WordPress site, structured properly with ACF rather than stuffed into a page builder. Migrations between hosts without losing order history. DNS, SSL, staging, and the handover docs your client actually reads.
Per site, per month, under your brand. Cancel any time — no annual lock-in, no setup fee. All prices in US dollars.
Volume: 10 sites or more, 10% off. 25 or more, 15% off. Mix tiers freely — the discount applies to the whole account.
If an update I ran breaks the site, fixing it is on me. Rolling back, restoring and getting it live again is included at every tier, at no charge and no argument. If the underlying plugin has to be replaced or rebuilt, that's new work and I'll quote it before starting.
Fixed price, quoted before I start, no hourly surprises. These are the ones your maintenance vendor will decline. Sites on Commerce Plus already have recovery and WPML upkeep included — these prices are for everything else.
Most outsourcing goes wrong at the brief, not at the code. So it starts there.
Mine, before you ask.
You've probably been burned by someone who said yes to all of this. That's why it's written down.
Don't sign anything. Send me one real job — something genuinely on your list that you'd rather not start this week. I'll come back with acceptance criteria and a fixed price.
You'll see how I spec, how I communicate and what the work looks like, for a few hundred dollars and no commitment. If it doesn't meet the criteria you approved, I fix it. If I can't fix it, you don't pay.
That tells you more than a call would, and it costs you less.
Reply with something you're putting off, or a list of sites you'd like priced. You'll get acceptance criteria and a fixed price within one working day.
I work written-first — specs, tickets and recorded walkthroughs — so you keep a record you can hand your client.
